These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, applicants and parties who enter into a Lease-to-Own agreement with NMP Homes.

Each Lease-to-Own agreement is a separate legally binding contract between NMP Homes and the client, entered into following successful KYC verification and compliance checks. The specific terms of each agreement, including payment structure, equity allocation, deposit amount and lease term, will be set out in the individual agreement documentation.
Once a Lease-to-Own agreement is signed by both parties, it becomes legally binding. Clients should read all documentation carefully and seek independent legal advice before signing.
NMP Homes will provide reasonable information about properties made available under our programme. Clients are encouraged to inspect properties and obtain independent assessments prior to entering into any agreement.
Payment calculations provided on our website or through our representatives are indicative estimates only. Final terms are subject to individual agreement and may vary. Estimates do not constitute offers or commitments.
All applicants must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to entering into any Lease-to-Own agreement. This is a mandatory legal requirement under UAE regulations.

NMP Homes reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet our compliance requirements. Failure to provide required documentation will prevent progression of an application.
A minimum deposit, as specified in the Lease-to-Own agreement, is required to secure a property. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the individual agreement.
Monthly payments must be made in accordance with the schedule set out in the Lease-to-Own agreement. Late or missed payments may result in penalties or termination of the agreement as outlined in the individual contract.
An annual administration fee of 2,000 AED is applicable to all Lease-to-Own agreements. This fee is separate from the monthly payment structure.
A Dubai Land Department (DLD) transfer fee of 2% of the property value is applicable upon completion of property transfer. This fee is the responsibility of the buyer and is payable at the time of final transfer.

Acceptance of cryptocurrency is not guaranteed. NMP Homes accepts no liability for cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations or losses arising from cryptocurrency transactions.
The purchase price of a property under a Lease-to-Own agreement is fixed at the time of signing and will not change during the agreement term, regardless of property market movements.
This fixed pricing provides certainty for the buyer and protects them from future price increases. However, it also means the buyer will not benefit from any price reductions that may occur during the lease term.
